Never-Ending Twist Puzzle

Never-Ending Twist Puzzle

Difficulty: Hard

Method: 3D Printed (FDM recommended)

Files Included: STL files for all 12 interlocking pieces

File Size: 35 MB (12 STL files)

Estimated Print Time: 8–10 hours total (FDM at 0.15mm layer height)

Recommended Material: PLA (two or more colours recommended)

Assembly: 12 interlocking segments joined with short lengths of flexible filament or elastic cord. Requires patience and precision — tolerances are tight.

This never-ending twist puzzle is one of those prints that looks impossible until you hold it in your hands. Twelve interlocking segments fold and twist continuously in a loop that never stops. It's oddly satisfying and completely addictive. Print each piece with care — layer height and tolerances matter here. Assemble using flexible filament hinges or elastic cord threaded through the channels. Not for the faint-hearted, but incredibly rewarding once it all clicks together. Literally.
