All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations from the images shown on our website. Custom orders are made to your specifications — please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.

Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping within Australia. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. International shipping is available upon request — please contact us for a quote. For full details, see our Shipping page.

Returns and Refunds

Since most of our items are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we'll do our best to resolve it.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Grumpy Goblin Designs and may not be reproduced without permission. We do not replicate copyrighted works belonging to others.

Limitation of Liability
